The local city tax is not included.<\/p>\n<p>Your room is ready for you from 15:00 on the day of your arrival.<br \/>We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 12:00 on the day of your departure.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cancellations need to be made in writing by e-mail, letter or fax. The booking conditions featured in the booking confirmation apply. Bookings made on a non-refundable rate can not be cancelled free of charge. We recommend you take out travel insurance to protect you from any unexpected costs.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation during winter season<br \/>From 14 days before arrival 100% of the stay will be charged.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation during summer season<br \/>From 3 days before arrival 100% of the stay will be charged.<\/p>\n<p><b>Pets<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pets are allowed in the hotel for CHF 25 per night. Please reserve the pet\u2019s stay in advance. The owners are liabel for any damage to furniture.<\/p>\n<p><b>Maximum occupancy<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In some rooms it is possible to add an extra bed for a third person. Please be advised that extra beds incur additional charges.
